Once you have secured your puppy by deposit, we will start making the travel arrangements.  When using air transport you will complete form below to submit your receiving information and we typically know your flight itinerary within 48 hours.  You will receive a flight confirmation email containing your airway bill number to track your flight and check for delays when the day arrives.  Most flights will be booked for Tuesday or Thursday arrival, but some exceptions may apply. Once you have received your flight confirmation please go over it to double check everything is correct incase any corrections need to made prior to the flight. On the day of the flight your puppy will travel in his own private airline approved crate that he has been acclimated to the week prior to his departure. This crate is his to keep forever and often helps their transition by giving them a familiar place from home. When picking your new puppy up, please be at the designated pick-up location  provided in the email with a valid photo ID within 30 minutes of the flight arrival time. Your puppy will not immediately be available as they are transported specially and must be carried to you.
